Smytham Holiday Park in North Devon is set in 33 acres of parkland adjoining the old Manor House, which is still used as a family home. We’ve got a selection of self-catering holiday accommodation, from traditional camping and caravanning pitches to timber lodges, camping pods, and holiday homes.
We pride ourselves on being family friendly, with Smytham making the ideal base for a family holiday in North Devon. Situated in Little Torrington, there is plenty to offer on the days when you want to stay nearby, with activities and facilities for kids both young and old, as well as private access onto the Tarka Trail.

From the M5:
Take junction 27 west on the A361. Continue for 34 miles to Barnstaple. At roundabout follow the A39 west towards Bideford. At fourth roundabout turn left onto the B3232 towards Torrington, continue for 9 miles. In Torrington at first roundabout turn right, at the second turn left on the A386. Continue for 2.5 miles, Smytham Manor's entrance will be on your right.
Join the A30 heading west to Okehampton. At Okehampton exit the A30 on to the B3260 head in to Okehampton. At traffic lights on cross roads in the center of town, turn right towards Hathleigh and the A386. Continue north on the A386 for 17 miles. You will see Smytham Manor's entrance on the left, just before Little Torrington.
